I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and finally did today and it did not disappoint. I had the Eclair Panini and was very impressed as someone who loves subs and sandwiches, it lived up to the expectation. The sides are also elite, the pesto salad was amazing. The spot is super clean and chill. Perfect place for lunch that also feels healthy. It’s like a local (and fresher) version than Panera!

We have been wanting to try this place out and haven’t gotten to it until now and OMG it is soooo good!!!! I got the Gilbert (smoked chicken, provolone, etc) and it is delicious. Everything is so fresh, made to order and they had no issue customizing it for me. My girl friend got the Icarus and she loved it too. The combo comes with a side and drink so all together we spent $29 which may sound like a lot for two people but the portions are really nicely sized and we now have food to take home. We are definitely coming back!!

Edit: I came back to pick up the Capitol as a wrap for my girl friend. She says it is great.

We're traveling through and stopped for breakfast sandwiches. Easily the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I ordered the Rise, my partner had the Something Egg and Cheese with sausage. Amazing. We will definitely stop every time we pass through. I'm not a breakfast person. Don't love eggs (also don't really like goat cheese), but this sandwich was absolutely perfect. I could taste every ingredient, good crunch, all perfect.

First time visitor. The staff, especially young woman at register, were great. I had a whole sub, which was too much for me. Wife had panini. Everything was clean fresh, tasty. For me, I had trouble understanding the menu b/c the big words. Sounds silly, but I may have ordered something that was not my thing. BUT, it was well prepared, but I did not know what I was ordering. Overall five stars.

I was on Google looking for a new place to try for breakfast that was downtown near my home. I came across the menu for Pan today and decided to try it you. I didn’t know factor what I wanted, so I asked the cashier and she recommended Ride Up or Early Bird. I went with the Early Bird and the strawberry lemonade to drink. The prices were reasonable, the sandwich was huge and delicious, and the restaurant was small but cute. I’ll definitely be going again!

Absolutely loved this place! The perfect light lunch. I got the flora and it was amazing! The girls at the front were so so friendly and helpful. They even brought my son strawberries! The prices were perfect for what we got. Blew my expectations out of the water. We will definitely be back and make this a new staple to our favorites downtown
